Brady's Birthday Cake 2008
When we asked Brady what he wanted, all he said was peanut butter, brownies, and chocolate. This was one of the biggest cakes that we have done so far. Look how thick the ice cream is on the inside. We ended up using 3/4 gallon of plain chocolate ice cream for the top and sides, and 1/2 gallon of burnt almond fudge for the middle. I'm sure that this one weighed over 10 pounds.

Justin's Birthday 2008
This was our first cake that we have done that was not chocolate--yellow cake with vanilla outsides. Justin preferred not to have his socks blown off with chocolate, so instead, we decided to do it with sugar. This cake was so sweet that I had to share my slice with Sarah.
This one had burnt almond fudge ice cream, yello cake soaked in a special syrup, vanilla outsides, covered with twix and snickers.
